My name is Jessie Day and I am 34 years old. My wife Wendy is 33 years old and my daughter Cecelia is 19 months old. Wendy and I have been together since high school and we are greatly in love. I am so proud of Wendy and her accomplishments, she graduated from Penn State and received her Juris Doctor from Penn State Dickinson Law.

We were spending our first weekend away from Cece in Hartford CT at a Dave Matthews Band concert when she found a lump in her breast. We salvaged the weekend by pretending everything was normal and eating our way up the coast. She was tested immediately when we arrived home and Cancer was the prognosis. She has had a single mestectomy with lymph node disection and six rounds of chemo.

The genetic testing has found that she has a rare genetic disorder called Li-Fraumeni. Due to this prognosis we are scheduling trips to MD Anderson Cancer Hospital in Houston TX. Any donations would be greatly appreciated.
