    I spray this on my knees on mornings before I exercise to help decrease stiffness. One morning, out of curiosity, I decided to forego the spray and a big mistake. I couldn't make it down the block without my knee hurting. I won't be doing that again. I use the spray before my run and the cream after and it really eases stiffness and pain. The customer service is also top notch! Highly recommend!

    It's much easier to apply the spray than the cream, as both are aromatic and can effect tearing in the eyes. Don't need to clean your hands after using the spray, and it can reach further than my arm can reach to rub in the cream.
